Sara LAVASSANI

Career

Sara Lavassani has been a trainee lawyer with the Firm since December 2022.

After obtaining her Bachelor of Law at the University of Geneva in 2018, she completed a Masters in Civil and Criminal Law at the same University, which she obtained in 2020. During this Masters, she completed a semester at the Saint-Joseph University of Beyrouth, in Lebanon. She graduated from the School of Lawyers at the University of Geneva (ECAV) in 2020 and then joined NOMEA Avocats SA in January 2021 to begin her legal internship there. She completed her legal internship with BSR Avocats in Geneva and brilliantly obtained her Bar admission in 2022.

In parallel to her studies, Sara Lavassani got involved in community life and was a member of the Legal Office for Students, where she notably held the position of Vice-President in 2018.

She mainly practices in all areas of judicial litigation, namely in the areas of criminal law, general administrative law, family law, adult and child protection law, tenancy law, foreigners’ rights, social insurance law, but also in terms of labor law.
