Florence PASTORE is an attorney-at-law in Geneva and the holder of a diploma in advanced studies in private international law. She is also a mediator accredited by the Swiss Chamber of Commercial Mediation (SCCM).
Between 2003 and 2015, she worked as an attorney-at-law before entering the judiciary, first as Deputy Judge at the Criminal Court in 2015, then as Prosecutor in the Geneva Public Prosecutor’s Office from 2016 to the end of 2020, in particular working mainly within the complex affairs section.
In 2021, having decided to return to the bar, she joined BSR Avocats.
Benefitting from considerable legal experience, she advises and supports her clients both in legal proceedings and in out-of-court conflict resolution.
Her areas of expertise are:
• mediation, as a party appointed mediator or attorney-at-law in mediation;
• criminal law, in particular white collar crime and mutual legal assistance in criminal matters;
• contract law, civil law, private international law, as well as the law of debt collection and bankruptcy (national and international) and debt restructuring procedures. She is a member of the Geneva Bar Association, the Swiss Bar Association (FSA, the Swiss Criminal Law Association and is an accredited mediator by the Swiss Chamber of Commercial Mediation (SCCM) and FSA. Since 2021 she is a member of the ADR Commission (Alternative Dispute Resolution Methods) of the Geneva Bar Association. Since September 2021, she is also Deputy Judge with the Tribunal de première instance de Genève (civil court).
