Tuyet-Mai Dinh was admitted to the Geneva Bar in 2020 and joined the firm in 2022.
After obtaining her Bachelor’s degree in law at the University of Fribourg in 2015, she completed a Master’s degree at the same University, which she obtained in 2017. During this Master’s degree, she completed a semester at the Center for transnational legal studies in London, UK.
She graduated from the University of Geneva Law School (ECAV) in June 2018 and then joined a local law firm in July 2018 to complete her 18-month legal internship. She thus assiduously attended the multiple cantonal jurisdictions, in particular criminal, administrative and labor courts.
At the end of these two years, she obtained her lawyer’s license in February 2020 and decided to refine her know-how within a legal protection insurance company, in particular in relation to labor law disputes (employer or employee side), disputes relating to the law on road traffic and those in contractual law.
In 2021, she joined the Criminal Court and worked as a law clerk before returning to the Geneva Bar in 2022 joining BSR Avocats.
She practices mainly in all areas of litigation, i.e. criminal law, general administrative law, tenancy law, foreigners’ law, social insurance law, but also in labor law.
She is a member of the Geneva Bar Association and the Swiss Bar Association.
